Almost very good condition. Red cloth, gilt titles and decorations. 14 sepia plates including 2 double-page pull-outs. 274 pages plus 1 page booklist.
Spine and corners bumped and worn, spine stained and slightly faded. Covers a little grubby. Bottom inch of front joint cracked. Large ink inscription to front endpaper. A couple of hinges starting to crack. Contents generally clean with a little foxing. All plates present, a couple are partially detached, one of pull-outs has a small edge tear.
