Very good condition in a nearly fine dustwrapper.
Very large format, absolutely stunning colour and b/w photos by Shirakawa. Preface by Toynbee, introduction by Hillary, text by Shirakawa. ISBN: 0810901625. Still contained in original black cloth case - that has some chipping to cloth at corners and uneven fading. Contents have wrinkling and damp mark to top edge of some pages. The lower toggle on the case has broken.

Small address label on front endpaper. Text block browned. Endpapers lightly browned. Else, contents clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn, and rubbed at corners with slight loss.
