The rebuilding of Hull after the war. This is the plan, put forward as a guide to the citizens for development of the city. Very large format. Blue cloth boards, gilt titles. Endpapers are plans. B/w photos. B/w & colour maps, some folding. xii and 92 pages including index. Top & tail of spine and corners rubbed & worn, rear lower corner bumped. Pin holes to rear board. Boards scuffed. Foxing mainly to prelims and text block. Personal name and address to verso of front endpaper. Contents generally clean.
