Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. A lively, entertaining and humourous book, stuffed with ingenious ideas and endearing characters. Yellow/green cloth, gilt titles to spine. Cute b/w illustrations drawn from Ivor Wood's original film puppets. Originally published in 1968 with drawings by Margaret Gordon, this is the second edition. 189 pages. 8.5 x 5.5".

Spine and corners bumped. Foxing to textblock. Price-cut wrapper is edge rubbed and has a small mark to front panel where a label has been removed.
