Muffin and all his friends are Hogarth Puppets and could be seen regularly with Annette Mills on Children's Hour in the 1950's. Stories, games and puzzles including a make-it-yourself dancing golliwogg!. Red pictorial boards. 94 pages. Board edges rubbed, corners worn, top rear edge of spine fraying. A few marks to boards. Name in belongs to box plus a doodle above. Puzzles completed, some messy. Loss to lower margin of crossword page (not affecting any text) plus a few closed tears and smaller chips to lower margins of a few other pages. Title page and last page browned. Joints are pulled exposing cloth beneath. Contents grubby overall, doodles to last 'scribble page'.

Some foxing, mainly to text block. Slightly grubby dustwrapper is edge worn, chipped at ends of spine and folds. Spine, folds and top edges of flaps browned. 2" tear to rear panel.
