Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Large format. Red cloth, gilt titles. Colour plates. B/w text illustrations.
SIGNED by author 'Love to the twins from Enid Blyton'. Also comes with hand written letter from Enid Blyton on her headed paper from 'Green Hedges' address, dated November.1.44. Spine and a couple of cover edges are darkened. 'REF' stamp in ink to half-title page. Some light foxing. Wrapper is edge-creased with some spotting and a little scuffing. A few tape repairs to small tears on verso of wrapper. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges.
