Green cloth spine, gilt title. Yellow decorative cloth covers. Colour and two-tone illustrations. Front joint is broken, front cover being held in place by cloth from spine and binding. Rear joint possibly glued. Cloth split down front edge of spine from half way, also very faded. Corners bumped and worn. Covers grubby. Names etc. in pen to title page. Front endpaper partially detached, next page present is title page. Puzzles completed, contents a bit grubby with some colouring and pen marks/words. Foxing. A few tears. A reading copy.
