Burgundy textured boards with gilt titles to front and spine. Blue, white and black pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. B/w and two-tone illustrations.

Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Wear to cover edges/corners. Bottom of spine is faded. Ink stamp name to title page. Some foxing. Wrapper is marked with damp stained; 1" loss to base of spine; some chipping and creasing to edges; front panel is still lovely and bright!

Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Spine and corners bumped, slight fading to top and tail of spine. Book leans to one side a little. Contents are clean. Price-cut wrapper is worn and torn with slight loss to spine and corners, large tear to lower 3" of front flap fold and a little grubby to rear panel.
