Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
The eighth in the Adventure series. Cream pictorial cloth. B/w illustrations. 277 pages. Spine bumped. Some slight scuffing to cover edges. Old tape to pastedowns (also to wrapper flaps), browning to endpapers and light foxing to textblock. Section missing to lower corner of front pastedown (hidden beneath wrapper flap). Dustwrapper is edge rubbed with slight loss to top of spine and has old tape marks to edges and tape to edges of flaps (as mentioned previously).

The eighth in the Adventure series. Cream pictorial cloth. B/w illustrations. 277 pages. Spine and corners bumped. Covers slightly grubby. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Endpapers partially browned. A few pages are a little marked (text still readable). Small damp stain to lower corner of textblock. Price-cut wrapper is browned to spine and slightly edge worn, there are tape repairs on verso and some touching up of colour.
