Very good condition in a good dustwrapper. Dark and pale blue pictorial boards with vignettes of children holding hands. Red two-tone illustrations. 127 pages.

8th impression. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Small booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Child's name in ink to belongs to box. Foxing to textblock and some page margins. Endpapers partially browned. Grubby fingermarks to pages of pages 71/2 and top corner tip of same leaf torn off (text not affected). Dustwrapper is edge worn and creased with some loss to top of spine and rear panel is slightly grubby.
