Heavy wear to top of spine. Damp marks/browning to covers. Front joint is cracked and therefore prelims detached. Some foxing. A little pen annotation to a couple of pages; damp to some page edges. Creasing, browning and a few tears to fold-out plans. All illustrations and plans are present.
