Almost very good condition.
'One thing must never for an instant be lost sight of when preparing a plan. The wishes of woman - be she young and fair or not quite so young or unassistedly beauteous - must ever be considered... 'Brown cloth boards, dark brown titles. B/w plans, some folding. xvi and 133 pages plus 16 pages of publisher adverts to rear. Boards are grubby, slight lean to spine, tiny split to base of front edge of spine. Wear to top rear edge of spine. Text block browned. Some foxing, browning and a few marks to contents. A nice copy for its age.
