Slightly better than very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. An illustrated book in the traditional sense, conceived in 1939 and not completed until 1981. Describing 69 plants, represented in 82 superb b/w drawings. Black cloth, gilt title to spine.

A couple of small marks to prelims. Wrapper has brown marks with a few small nicks.
