Almost very good condition in a poor dustwrapper. Small format. Blue pictorial boards. Delightful colour illustrations of the little black boy and his Mammie.
A very scarce edition, the only edition published by Watson. Wear to cover edges. Marks to front cover. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Some light fingering to contents. Book leans to rear side a little. Dustwrapper is worn, grubby and creased, it has a tear to the the lower half of the front fold and has extensive tape repairs/reinforcements. Unfortunately the tape is now missing but has dried and browned with age staining the wrapper.
