Lettuces are the cause of the lovable little piccaninny's downfall this time. Brown pictorial boards. Colour illustrations. Covers are slightly edge worn. The glue has dried under the front pastedown causing it to become part-detached. Some foxing to contents. Dustwrapper is edge worn, faded to spine and has a small spot to front panel.
The brain-scattered piccaninny makes another appearance buying eggs for his Mammy, with results that can easily be foreseen. Green boards with white titles, colour picture to front. Pictorial endpapers. Simple colour illustrations. 62 pages. 5.5 x 4.5". Spine and corners slightly bumped, cover edges lightly rubbed. Book leans to one side a little. Foxing to contents and page browning to endpapers. Dustwrapper is foxed and is edge worn with tear to base of spine.
The lovable piccaninny "helps" his Mammy in the garden, and the outcome is not hard to imagine. Pale blue boards with colour illustration to front not onlay, white titles. Illustrated endpapers. Colour illustrations throughout. Unpaginated. 6.25 x 4.75". Covers edge rubbed and foxed. A couple of hinges are cracked. Foxing to text. Child's name in pencil to verso of front free-endpaper. Dustwrapper is edge worn, foxed and slightly grubby.

Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Foxing to endpapers and page edges. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with loss to lower corners on rear panel.
Epaminondas the lovable piccaninny "helps" in the house, and again brings disaster upon himself. Purple boards with white titles and colour onlay to front cover. Colour illustrations. Small format 6.25 x 4.75". 62 pages. Slight wear to cover edges. Endpapers lightly browned, foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn and just a little grubby.

Small format. Blue pictorial boards. Delightful colour illustrations of the little black boy and his Mammie. A very scarce edition, the only edition published by Watson. Wear to cover edges. Marks to front cover. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Some light fingering to contents. Book leans to rear side a little. Dustwrapper is worn, grubby and creased, it has a tear to the the lower half of the front fold and has extensive tape repairs/reinforcements. Unfortunately the tape is now missing but has dried and browned with age staining the wrapper.
A Sunshine Picture Story Book. Pictorial card wraps. Colour illustrations. Sambo meets a Pixie who sees past his skin colour to his kind heart. Slight creasing to corners. Some light foxing to some page margins.

Green cloth spine, green boards. Gilt titles and vignette. Colour plates and two-tone illustrations. Includes a story about The Golliwog Who Smoked! Boards slightly mottled. Small biro pricing to front endpaper. Text block browned. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with slight loss, repaired to verso with clear tape, price crossed out in and new price written in biro on front flap.
