Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. In this charming story the adventures of The Little Man and all his friends are related ina pleasing and whimsical fashion. We learn that his house was blown away and while he is busy building a new one he saves the lives of Brown Dog, Sandy Cat and Green Parrot; rescues Grey Horse from a cruel master, and finds White Mouse in his pocket... Blue cloth, black titles and vignette of house to front cover. Colour plates, b/w text illustrations. 156 pages.

Lower corner of boards bumped, top front horizontal edge of board has a small nibble in the cloth. Gift inscription in ink to front pastedown. Name in ink to rear free endpaper. Text block browned. A few grubby margin marks. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper has a few marks, is browned and edge-worn with chips to top of spine.
