Very good condition. Dating from a least a 1000 years ago this is the earliest known collection of Arabic stories. Some found their way into the Arabian Nights but most have never been read in English. Translated by Lyons and introduced by Irwin. Blue boards with gilt titles and vignettes. Pictorial endpapers. 447 pages.

Bumping to spine and corners. Price label to rear board. Marks to side edge of text block. Contents are very good.
