SIGNED by the author on a small white piece of paper which has been stuck down onto the half-title page. This is the page that you see when you open the book so it is possible that the front free-endpaper is missing? Small piece torn from lower edge of rear free-endpaper where it is stuck to the pastedown. Contents clean. Spine slightly bumped. Dustwrapper is slightly rubbed at spine and corners with slight loss to base of spine.
