Yellow cloth, black title to spine and illustration to front cover. Pictorial endpapers. Colour frontis. B/w text illustrations throughout. 230 pages. The first in the series to be illustrated by James Arnold. Spine is grubby and faded. Damp staining to rear cover. Bumping to corners. Marks to covers. Name in ink to front endpaper. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges, which also have damp marking to some. Margin marks to pages.
