Good condition. The Story of a Girl of Character. Olive green cloth covers, pictorial front cover shows lady in white dress on staircase, gilt titles. Pictorial spine shows two people. 8 colour plates. 392 pages.

Spine bumped and worn with nicks to ends and split to top edge. Corners worn. Covers grubby. Several hinges cracked. A few grubby marks and some foxing/browning to contents. All plates present but one is detached with a ragged edge and another is almost detached.
