List of subscribers in Vol I. Pagination: Vol I xxxii + 340 pages; Vol II 370 pages. Inscriptions in ink to front endpapers. Corners bumed and worn. Top and tail of spines bumped and rubbed. Covers slightly scuffed. Contents very good.

Very large format. 16 x 12". 24 hand-coloured plates. Blue cloth, gilt titles. Library binding. ALthough ex-library there is just one small library stamp to verso of title page, a shelf number to base of spine and small label to lower edge of front endpaper. Inner edge of colour title page is creased. Overall a bright copy. A few foxspots to contents and some light margin marks.
