Good condition. Large oblong format. Blue cloth spine. Pictorial front board shows Father Christmas with toys, sitting and speaking on the telephone. 6 moveable scenes, each opposite a page of verse.
Spine bumped and worn. Corners worn, covers edge rubbed. A couple of large stains to front cover and a couple of small surface paper scuff marks to rear board. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Hinges have been strengthened with clear tape, margins of title-page and a couple of other pages repaired. Some restitching. A few small rust spots to pages from metal pins in the middle of the moveable pictures. One of the tabs has been replaced and one has been repaired. The contents are a bit grubby from much fingering, still a decent copy of this scarce moveable book.
