Nearly fine condition. For almost three years, this was the main line between London and Peterborough, but it then became a rural route and closed early. Thus it had much charm and many aged trains. Both are seen in the varied historic photographs herein, along with the assorted stock of the present Nene Valley Railway. Green, white and red glazed pictorial boards. B/w photos and track plans.
