Frontis and 50 superb colour plates, tissue-guarded and mounted on green card at rear of book, one pair of plates are on facing pages. 62 text pages. Green cloth, gilt titles and vignette to front cover. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn, small split to top of spine. Some light marks to covers. Evidence of removal of a small label to front pastedown. Some light margins marks else contents clean. All plates present, one is lightly creased but the others are fine.

Green cloth, gilt titles and vignette to front cover. Damp marking to top of spine and along edges of front and rear covers out from that. Browning to endpapers, pastedowns and page edges/margins of green pages. Light foxing. Wrapper is edge-creased with tears and chips; a little loss; some grubby marks and foxspots.
