BIGGLES IN BORNEO

Slightly better than very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Green boards with black title to spine. Colour frontis. 184 pages.

Spine bumped and a little browned. A few small white marks to bottom of boards. Some foxing mainly to top of text block. Small brown marks to a few pages otherwise contents are clean. Dustwrapper is a little edge rubbed. Spine is a little browned and rear panel has a couple of small white marks. Small patch of surface paper damage to front panel. Wrapper is covered in laminate on both sides with small patches of sticky residue to verso.

  • Biggles sets up a secret air base in the heart of Borneo, and then proceeds to reek havoc on the unsuspecting Japanese stationed in the vicinity.
  • Highlights of their tour of destruction include shooting down the odd plane (and having a very good go at the odd aircraft carrier), rescuing a few prisoners (and then rescuing a lot more by raiding the camp), and using a few elephants to destroy a convoy and a barge-load of rubber.
