Jennings joins the Natural History club. Colour frontis, 4 b/w illustrations. Red boards, black title to spine. 256 pages, top edge red. Spine bumped and a few tiny dents to cover edges. Old tape marks to endpapers and half title-page and some light browning to endpapers. Foxing to textblock. Slight surface paper loss (from pencil erasure) to verso of frontis. Very small annotation mark to margin of page 156. Dustwrapper is edge rubbed with minimal loss at corners.

Light brown cloth with dark brown titles and vignette of plane flying over Oslo. Colour frontis plus 6 b/w plates. 249 pages plus booklist to rear. Spine and corners very slightly bumped and rubbed. Fading to lower 0.5" of spine. Erased pencil writing to front free-endpaper. Contents clean. Price-cut wrapper has loss to lower 1" of rear panel and spine and is edge rubbed.

B/w illustrations. 519 pages. Top edge green. Third impression. A few minor foxspots to text block. Bookplate to verso of free front endpaper. Contents otherwise clean. Cream pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby, faded to spine, browned across the top edge and a small closed tear to top front of spine edge (no loss).
