Green cloth, gilt title to spine. Limited to 195 copies. 140pp inc.index. Numerous b/w illus. throughout. Pull out map of Chepstow as it was. 9 x 5.75". ISBN: 0906134218. Pale foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is a bit edge-creased with a faded spine. Odd foxspot. Also includes letter SIGNED by author to a previous owner, which has become creased to edges.

Spine slightly bumped and rubbed.Some light brown marks to gutter of front endpaper. Textblock is slightly foxed. Dustwrapper is edge chipped with slight loss to top of spine and is faded to spine.

Red cloth. Limited to 1000 copies. B/w illustrations. Valentine Morris was born in the island of Antigua in 1727 but lived for 30 years at the Piercefield, part of which is now Chepstow racecourse. Very slight rubbing to cover edges. Pale foxing to endpapers and textblock. Dustwrapper is a little grubby and has a couple of small tears at edges.
