This is EIGHT volumes collected and bound into one book. Titles are: Old and New Chesterfield; A Guide to Ripon, Fountains Abbey, Aldborough, Brimham Rocks, Newby Hall, Hackfall, Tanfield and Several Places of Interest in Their Vicinity; A Brief Account of the Parish of Holbeach and Its Church of All Saints; Bemroses' Guide to Matlock, Bakewell, Chatsworth; Haddon Hall etc.; Hand-Book to Beverley; The Practical Guide to the City of York; The Brighton Pavilion and Its Royal Associations; The Abbey of Saint Alban. Black leather spine and corners. Uneven browning and mottling to covers. Wear to cover edges and corners. Ink stamps to a few pages. Some foxing and browning. Some pages have been cut down severely at margins - but text all appears to be present.

Almost very good condition.
For the instruction of youth: with maps. To which is added, the history of the Jews, from the time of Nehemiah to the destruction of Jerusalem. Fourth Edition. Brown leather with small raised bands to spine. Gilt decorations and borders. Scuffing to covers, with some wear to edges; couple of splits to spines. A few ink stamps to prelims. Page browning and some foxing. There are some red ink annotations to two of the maps and a light red stain to map of The Travels of the Apostle Paul. Still a very good set for its age.
