Harsh vertical crease from top to tail of page 33/34 which is starting to tear from lower edge (binding error). Small closed tear to lower margin of page 35/36. Contents otherwise clean.

Inscription in ink (partially crossed out) to front endpaper of Volume I. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges of all volumes. A couple of plate pages (b/w photos), have neat annotations/notes beneath them in pencil.
