Three volumes in slipcase: Ali Baba; The Ugly Duckling; The Sleeping Beauty. Large volumes (12.25 x 8"). Each volume is cloth bound with colour illustrations. Limited edition of 2500 copies. Copy no. 853. Ali Baba is SIGNED by Ardizzone and Ugly Duckling is SIGNED by Jackson, Hersholt and Schwartz. Each volume is slightly bumped and rubbed to spine, Ali Baba has a small nick to centre of spine. There are some light fingermarks to page margins but generally the contents are clean. The slipcase is worn and the spine of the slipcase is browned.

A collection of lovely fairy stories. Grey cloth covers, red titles to spine. 7.5 x 5". B/w illustrations. 60 pages. Minimal bumping to spine and corners. Crease to cloth at top corner of front cover with pinhole. Some faint marks to covers. Heavy erased pencil lines to front endpapers, half-title page, page 15 and one line to title page. Small part of line on half-title has torn paper which has been repaired on both side with clear tape. Just an odd mark and some foxing otherwise. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with a little loss from base of spine. Grubby with a couple of light stains, foxed on verso. Surface paper damage from label removal on front panel.
