Good afternoon, I am writing this email because only yesterday evening we have opened the parcel we have received from you with the Yellow Fairy Book I bought as a gift and an addition to my husband's collection. I rarely bother to write a letter or an email to praise someone's excellent service but I certainly have to make an exception as me and my husband, we were both impressed with the packaging and how many thoughts have gone into making sure that it will come to us in an excellent condition. The book was so carefully wrapped. I just felt like someone was thinking of it as a gift for us rather than just an order that has to be packed and posted to some customer. Thank you very much.
