Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
The story of Susan and Bill's Ivy-leaf Club. Red boards, black titles and vignette. Colour frontis. B/w illustrations. Front endpaper missing (removed). Boards clean. Foxing to text block else contents clean. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and chipped with slight loss, grubby to rear panel, rubbed to spine edges.

Red cloth spine with black titles and vignette. Top half of front covers shows two children lying on rug reading, bottom half has black title on cream. 4 colour plates by Anne Anderson. 143 pages. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Spine browned. Covers grubby and worn. Front joint and a couple of hinges cracked. Name in pen and pencil sums to front endpapers. 2 transfers stuck to verso of frontis with some transfer to page opposite. Colouring to at least three b/w illustrations. Some marks to contents. Endpapers browned. Text block foxed. All plates present.
