Very good condition. 50 hand-coloured aquatint plates, each followed with a page of descriptive text. Modern calf binding, three quarters red leather with blue title block & gilt title and raised bands to spine. Red cloth boards. New, grey marbled endpapers.
Leather binding nice and clean. Slight mottling to vertical edge of cloth boards. Scattered spotting throughout and a few grubby marks. All plates present. A delightful copy.
