Brown cloth spine with black title and vignette and 4 gilt lines, cream paper boards. Full page colour and b/w text illustrations throughout. Fold-out map to rear. 550 pages.
A nice, clean copy. Page 507-511 has vertical edge crease, grubby mark to page edge of 511. Page 533 has two closed tears (no loss) which have been amateurishly repaired looking at little grubby at the page edge. These faults are relatively minor and very difficult to show in a photo. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-rubbed, lightly faded to spine, slight loss to top edge of rear panel. Contained in publisher's matching slipcase in very good condition.
