Almost very good condition. US edition. Green cloth with gilt titles to front and spine, small blind vignette to front cover. Green and white decorated endpapers. 12 tipped-in colour plates mounted on captioned paper, some b/w text illustrations. 287 pages.
Spine is bumped and worn; slight fraying to nicks at top of spine. Damp patches along cover edge to front cover; smaller amount along rear edge. A few other marks to covers. Foxing and page browning to outer page edges. Tipped-in plates themselves are in fine condition; however, a few marks to pages they are tipped-in on.
