Good condition in a good dustwrapper. Purple cloth, gilt title to spine and small vignettes to front covers. Lilac illustrated endpapers. B/w illustrations throughout. 103 pages. 7.5 x 5".

Uneven fading and spotting to covers. Names in ink and doodles to endpapers and pastedowns. Foxing throughout. Page 42/43 text has been crayoned over with 'boxes' (still readable). Corner and some page creasing. Wrapper is edge-torn with 2" loss to base of spine; other smaller areas of loss; some grubby marks and uneven fading.
