Almost very good condition. Pictorial card wraps - Rupert waving from castle ramparts. Produced during the second world war when paper shortages were at their worst, this is the rarest of all the Rupert annuals. Printed only by Harrison.
Rubbing to cover edges, small creases to corrners of front cover. Tiny patch of surface paper damage to front side of spine. Top 1.5" rear of spine has been repaired(?). Front cover is very slightly grubby. Inscription in ink inside front cover. Price NOT cut. Rear joint is cracked but still holding tight. There are some small margin tears (worst being on page 115) and some foxing (mainly to textblock). A nice copy of this scarce Rupert annual.
