Poor condition. Pictorial card wraps - Rupert waving from castle ramparts. Produced during the second world war when paper shortages were at their worst, this is the rarest of all the Rupert annuals. Printed only by Harrison.
Harrison printing. Rear cover is MISSING. Loss from ends of spine. Wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Covers a bit grubby with light foxing and corners are creased. Front joint is broken, front cover is only attached by top 2" with tape. Belongs to box completed in pen in elaborate writing. A few corner tips creased. Text pages are all present, they are fingered on bottom margins but generally clean otherwise. Rear endpaper is grubby.
