Good condition. Cloth spine. Colour pictorial front board showing Titania and the Clown. 12 exquisite chromolithographs and other b/w text illustrations. Loosely based on Shakespeare's plays, edited by Vredenburg. 96 pages.
Spine and corners bumped and worn, cover edges worn. Covers ares scuffed and a bit grubby. Endpapers lightly browned. Neat name in ink to half-title. Page browning and foxing throughout. Some hinges cracked. One plate was detached (now re-inserted) and has lower corner chipped and is a bit grubby to lower 0.5cm margin. Some grubby fingermarks to plate margins but illustrations themselves still lovely and bright.
