Brown cloth, gilt and silver decorations to front cover. Chromolithos, some full-page. 40 pages. Some wear to spine and corners. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Hinge next to contents page is pulled. Some browning.
Being a true and veracious history of the eventful voyage of the S.S.Crocodile from Nowhere in particular to Anywhere in general. Large oblong format. Cloth spine, pictorial boards. Floral decorated endpapers. 12 colour plates and b/w illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine and corners, some chipping. Scuff marks to covers. Front joint is a bit cracked. Page edge browning. Contents are still very good.
Green cloth, gilt title and decoration to front cover. Lovely chromolithograph and b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Light page browning, foxing to front endpapers. Some hinges are cracked causing contents to be a little loose.
Cloth spine, pictorial covers. Small format, 6.25 x 5". Chromolithographs and rhymes. Sepia text. A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Covers slightly grubby and lightly browned. Staples rusty. Browning to verso of frontis. Some foxing and light browning to contents. A few light fingermarks to margins. A couple of the chromolithographs have small spots of surface paper damage, assume they have been lightly stuck to page opposite. Not dated but British Library say possibly 1884.
Large format. 13 x 10 inches. Red cloth spine. Colour pictorial boards. 8 chromolitho moveable pictures. Pull the tab and the picture changes. B/w illustrations. Text in verse. Spine bumped and some light rubbing to cover edges. A few light spots to front edge of spine and some light scuffing to rear cover. Generally covers bright. Joints are cracked. Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. The second moveable image is not working - could possibly be repaired. Otherwise, all others in excellent working order. Some light foxing and page browning and the pull-tabs are just a little grubby from fingering. Overall a super copy of a scarce moveable book.
Small format (5 x 4"). White pictorial cardwraps. Chromolithograph illustrations. All edges gilt. Covers slightly grubby. Some light page browning/foxing else contents clean. Tiny booksellers sticker to inside front cover.

Stiff card covers. Chromolithograph illustrations. Binding has possibly at one time been neatly repaired. Wear to spine. A few marks to covers, including inscription in ink to top of front cover. Inscription in ink also to title page. Some 'spotting' to illustrations - it appears that there has been some transfer of colour to text pages opposite.
Large format. Red/brown cloth spine. Pictorial front cover. Beautiful chromolithograph plates and b/w illustrations throughout. Wear an bumping to cover edges and corners. Marks to covers. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Foxing to outer page edges. A few margin marks.
