Almost very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Blue covers, gilt title and stripes to spine. B/w frontis. 211 pages. Spine bumped and a little faded. Small bump to top of front board. Endpapers lightly browned. Light damp marks to rear endpaper. Foxing mainly to paged edges and margins otherwise contents are generally clean. Price-cut dustwrapper is edge worn with several tears which have been mended on verso with tape. Rear panel is grubby.

Black titles to front board and spine. 4 b/w plates. 294 pages. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Spine a little faded. Some marks to covers. Both joints cracked.Name and address to front endpaper. Endpapers browned. Foxing throughout. A few grubby marks to margins.

Small stain near bottom corner of text block also slightly affects page edges. Light stain to person's name in dedication. Contents lightly browned with some foxing but generally clean. Contained in photocopy dustwrapper.

He and his chum, Walter Urquhart escape to an island owned by the Penrose family who fall into enemy hands. Pale blue boards, dark blue title to spine. B/w frontis. 204 pages. Spine bumped. Boards a little foxed. Name and address to edge of front pastedown. Front joint beginning to crack. Pages browned. Foxing to endpapers and page edges. Dustwrapper is a little edgeworn and chipped. Foxing to front and verso.
