Slightly better than very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper. Pictorial boards, red cloth spine. Front cover shows Brer Rabbit sat on post fishing, advert to rear. 2 colour plates, packed with b/w text illustrations. 223 pages.
Light bumping to top and tail of spine. Cover is beautifully bright. Inscription in ink to front pastedown. Foxing to outer page edges. A few light margin marks. Still has original glassine wrapper, which is creased and edge-torn with a small amount of loss. Contained also in original posting box, which is marked, with some wear.
