Slightly better than good condition. Two volumes. Black cloth, gilt titles and borders to front, gilt vignettes to spines. Numerous b/w illustrations. Translated by Urquhart. 499 730 pages.
Spines and corners of both volumes are bumped and worn. Cloth at the bottom of Vol 1 is split. Gilt faded on spine of both books. Name stamp to front endpaper of both volumes. Some foxing and page browning to both volumes. Margins of plates in Vol II are foxed and have what looks like damp marks to bottom corners.
