Told To The Children series. Small format. Green cloth, gilt titles and decoration. Pictorial onlay to front. 8 colour plates. 114 pages. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Covers grubby and marked, pen circles to rear cover. Front endpaper MISSING. Ink transfer to front pastedown, must have been inscription on endpaper. Also small bookworm mark to front pastedown and title page. Crayon lines and scribble to rear endpapers. A little foxing/browning. Text pages generally clean. All plates present.

There is some very light fingering to page margins. One page has a small piece torn from margin (no text affected).
