1st issue of the first edition. Large format. Green pictorial cloth, gilt titles and vignettes. 12 tipped-in colour plates plus b/w illustrations. 185 pages. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Neat writing in ink to front free-endpaper. Colouring to some of the b/w illustrations - some in quite loud paints. All plates are present. Heavy foxing and some fingering to contents.

Blue cloth, pictorial front cover and spine. Gilt titles. 551 b/w illustrations throughout. 472 pages. 11 x 8.5". Bumping and wear to edges; some chipping/fraying to cloth at corners and top and tail of spine. Uneven browning/scuffing to covers. Joints are a bit cracked. Name to verso of front endpaper. Foxing and grubby marks throughout.
The twelve adventures of the brave and good Uncle Lubin. Blue/green decorated cloth with cream/red/beige titles/decorations. Colour frontis, b/w plates and illustrations. Top 1" - 1.5" colour to spine is rubbed/worn off. Other smaller loss to base of spine. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Endpapers are browned; some offsetting/transfer from opposite pages also. Page edge browning. A few page margin tears (some repaired); grubby margin marks.
This is a facsimile of the 1923 edition published by Hodder & Stoughton. Brown boards covers, gilt decoration. 16 colour plates plus numerous b/w illustrations, many full-page. Pictorial title-page. A very handsome book, faithfully reproduced. ISBN: 0340258071. Spine bumped.
Olive green cloth, blue title to spine. Packed full of b/w illustrations. Very minor rubbing to covers. Pale damp stains to endpapers. Price-cut wrapper is slightly sunned and edge rubbed.
