Pictorial front cover shows two children with apples looking at parrot. Adverts to rear cover and endpapers. Colour frontis plus numerous b/w illustrations. 144 pages. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Slight loss from ends of spine. Some light marks and scratches to covers. Ink inscription to verso of frontis. Some light browning and foxing but contents generally clean.
