Burgundy boards, gilt title to spine. 254 pages. Spine bumped. Heavy foxing to textblock, endpapers and page margins throughout. Price-cut wrapper is foxed on verso, is edge worn and torn, is faded to spine and is grubby to rear panel.

Foxing to endpapers and textblock. Price-cut dustwrapper is very worn and edge chipped, front flap is almost detached.

Rear endpapers are browned. Foxing to textblock. Old pencil price erased from front free-endpaper. Dustwrapper is a bit grubby to rear panel, browned to spine and slightly worn at head of spine.
