Almost very good condition. A. & C. Black Colour Book 20 Shilling Series. Beautifully illustrated with 60 tipped-in colour plates. 9.75 x 7.25 ins. Red cloth with illustrated front board and spine. Gilt titles to front cover and spine. Top edge gilt.
Spine is browned with some bumping; a little fraying to cloth at each corner at top and tail. Rest of cover have uneven fading and marks with some wear/rubbing to white decorations. Bookplates to front pastedown. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Page and margin browning, but contents are generally still very good. All plates present.
