Good condition. 3/4 black leather with purple cloth covers. Volumes 7 and 8 bound together. 416 + 416 pages. B/w illustrations throughout. Colour frontis for volume 8.

Covers are edge worn, scuffed and marked. Some colouring (doodles to the rear of one plate and one b/w illustrations lightly coloured, there may be more that we have missed?). One page is part detached but is still present and hanging on by a 'thread'. There is foxing. Binders sticker to rear pastedown (H. Walker of Hyson Green).
