Very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper. Red cloth, black titles to spine. B/w illustrations. 252 pages.
Spine and corners a little bumped. Spine is faded. Both joints cracked - webbing showing beneath rear joint. Inscription in ink to front endpaper plus 'This book belongs to in ink inside pencil drawn box. Foxing especially to endpapers and last two pages of text. Couple of marks to margins otherwise contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with small tears and creasing. Tape has been used on verso to mend tears. Tear to middle of front fold. Spine and rear panel is grubby. No. 27 written in pencil to spine. Foxing to verso.
